Screen Print.
Do you offer screen print?
Yes we will Screen print up to 4 colours in-house.
We are also able to arrange for screen print for up to 14 colours on a single design.
What is your minimum print quantity for screen Print?
Our minimum print quantity for in-house screen prints is as follows:
30 prints of the same design for up to 2 colours
50 prints of the same design for 3 & 4 colours
What is you normal turnaround time?
We aim to turnaround screen print orders within 10 working days. (Often this is sooner)
Can I get a sample print first?
Yes, We will charge for set up and for substrate to be printed. We then produce the sample and make any necessary minor changes for free. We Encourage this!
Can I have my print produced using water based ink?
Yes’ Be sure to state this clearly to us at the time of placing order. We will advise you based on your requirement.
Can I provide my own garments for screen print?
Sure yes you can, However we recommend you choose garments with a high cotton content! As these type of fabrics are better suited to screen print.
Do you offer any special effect screen prints?
Yes, we offer screen printing using a wide range of specialty inks, including Puff Ink, Reflective Ink, Glow-in-the-Dark Ink, UV Light Activated Ink, Metallic Gold Ink, Metallic Silver Ink, and Fluorescent Color Inks. With these options, there's a variety of special effects to choose from, allowing you to create truly unique and eye-catching designs!

Can you produce DTF prints for me to press myself at home?
Yes we can print your design and you if you have a Heatpress you can print the design youself at a later stage.
How big can you print?
Our DTF Transfers are printed on a roll can be up to a maximum of 45 cm wide
Can I get a test print?
Yes we can do a test print business card size. And post it out to you. Cost just the postage!
Are DTF transfers durable?
We've found that our DTF prints are exceptionally durable. The prints are surprisingly tough and maintain excellent stretchability, making them ideal for garments that require both longevity and flexibility.
DTG better than DTF?
Having owned a DTG printer since 2015, we gained invaluable experience with direct-to-garment printing, but as our business grew and evolved, we decided it was time for an upgrade. We made the switch to DTF (direct-to-film) printing, driven primarily by the broader range of fabrics DTF can adhere to. Unlike DTG, which is typically limited to cotton and certain fabric types, DTF works well with a much wider array of materials, including polyester, nylon, and blends, making it ideal for a variety of products beyond just apparel.
When comparing the two processes, they share many similarities. Both use similar ink formulations and, in many cases, can be produced on the same machine, allowing for seamless integration in a print shop. While both methods offer vibrant color reproduction and durability, DTG generally provides a slightly better feel on t-shirts, as the ink directly penetrates the fabric, leaving a softer, more breathable finish.
However, in terms of versatility and efficiency, DTF stands out. DTF printing allows for high-quality results on a much wider range of surfaces, including bags, hats, and even hard substrates like wood and metal. This makes it a go-to choice for businesses looking to expand their product offerings. Additionally, DTF transfers can be stored for longer periods and applied to garments and other items as needed, adding an extra layer of convenience for bulk production.
Ultimately, both DTG and DTF have their place, but for those seeking versatility, faster production times, and a wider range of applications, DTF is the clear winner.
Do you have a minimum print quantity for DTF prints?

What is the turnaround time for DTF PRINTS?
Often DTF prints can be turnaround in as little as 24hrs, it really depend on stock availability.

Do my stickers have to be square or round?
No we can cut your stickers to any shape you desire.
Are the stickers water proof?
We produce our stickers using Vinyl, so yes they are water proof.
